We’re a Brooklyn-based digital production shop launched in 2007, specializing in developing high-end Flash solutions. When advertising agencies and design boutiques need cutting-edge interactivity for their clients, and wish to avoid the unpredictability of “hired gun” freelancers, Solarsilk is the ideal development partner. Scott Leisawitz, Founder / Technology Director

A Masters graduate in 3D computer graphics, Scott has over ten years of professional experience building and managing Flash-based technology solutions at advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, DraftFCB and Euro RSCG, for a long list of brands including Jaguar, IBM, Intel and Motorola. After working as a freelancer for several years and developing relationships with advertising agencies and web developers working in the industry, Scott founded Solarsilk Interactive in April 2007. He now oversees all technical aspects of each project produced at Solarsilk. When he isn’t staring unblinkingly at a computer monitor, Scott uses his hands to draw, play guitar, and cycle around his Williamsburg, Brooklyn neighborhood.
